The NRYC facility lacked the ability to utilize the existing controls to directly manage the temperature output throughout the entire facility and on a room-by-room basis. Clients and staff reported issues where one area would burn you up while another area/room would freeze you out. Overall, the facility was experiencing inconsistent conditioned air temperatures delivery affecting the overall client and staff comfort within the Yacht Club.
Worked alongside facility maintenance to review the existing equipment and performance. Our extensive hands-on study revealed the existing control systems were inoperable and were not cost effective to repair. The AirPros Team recommended removing the current controls and installing new updated controls allowing better facility and room by room temperature management.
Services provided complete control of heating, cooling and temperature control throughout the entire facility. The initiated efforts provided the members and staff with conditioned and comfortable air temperatures. The recommendations and services provided by AirPros saved NRYC an estimated $40k. Furthermore, establishing a more balanced facility temperature control throughout the seasons should allow the client to see a more consistent energy usage and utility expense.
